HD3 is a human adventure that has remained centred on the creative passion of Jorg Hysek Sr since it was founded in 2004, initially with the creative talent Valérie Ursenbacher and the young but famous designer Fabrice Gonet. HD3 Complication produces unique timepieces that are the product of its designers' all-consuming artistic passion. In 2010 Jorg Hysek and Fabrice Gonet continued the adventure with HD3, joined by Jorg Hysek Jr, who is supporting their new designs with an ambitious, tried-and-tested international development strategy. The trio combine their respective talents to create audacious, uninhibited watches of the future.
After high-level art studies in London, the gifted designer began his career in the Rolex Design department in the 1970s. Ten years later, he opened his own Design agency, Hysek Styling, later renamed Team Styling. He worked with such leading watchmakers as Ebel, Cartier, Tiffany & Co, Breguet and Vacheron Constantin. Fired by his creative passion, he launched his own brand, Hysek, in the 1990s – then HD3 Complication in 2002.
His high-end works bear the stamp of creativity, exclusivity and difference. His timepieces appeal to people sensitive to these demanding criteria and seeking objects that also anticipate the evolutions of our time.
The young designer and sci-fi fan joined Hysek Styling at the age of 17, and loves to blaze new trails, explore new worlds, and set himself challenges of every sort. He swiftly made his mark at HD3 Complication with such acclaimed watches as the Raptor Bi-Axial and Black Pearl. Now 35, he is pursuing his artistic revolution under his 'mentor' Jorg Hysek.
It seemed perfectly logical for the son of Jorg Hysek Sr to join the HD3 team! Now, after completing his business studies, Jorg Jr handles all aspects of the company's commercial development in order to ensure success on the international market.
